Jessica has 26 years' experience in the non-profit sector.  She has expertise in grant writing, coalition development, capacity building, program design, budget development, and program evaluation. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Michigan.

Aaron has 15 years' experience as a grant writer.  He has wide range of experience that includes urban planning, evaluation, lab research, housing & development, and marketing. He holds a Master of Urban Planning & Policy degree from the University of Illinois (Chicago).
